Current sources play an essential role in tissue excitation used bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy. Most investigations use Howland current that, despite their practicality and simplified implementation, have operating frequency limitations dependence on the load due to narrow output impedance, especially at higher frequencies. The objective of this work is propose a model for robust current-controlled sinusoidal oscillator. oscillator based fully analog electronics, which enables controlling oscillation phase amplitude by using voltage reference. mathematical Pyragas control application classical harmonic From modeling process, topology was built second-generation carriers transconductance amplifiers. A source having 1 MHz 1Vpp as reference signal drive synchronized oscillations’ reference, regardless magnitude before acted circuit t≈13.5μs. SPICE simulations ideal components confirmed successful operation proposed This type can be implemented SOIC, then allowing interface with logic circuits.
